Concept
MOSFET + pull-ups let each side clamp to its own Vcc.
A little theory
BSS138 based. Works for I2C (open-drain) and slow SPI/UART. Not for 8 MHz SPI edge-rate sometimes.
How it works in a project
HV to 5 V, LV to 3.3 V, GND common, pass SDA/SCL or TX/RX.

Buying in India
4-channel is enough for I2C + UART. Keep wires short.
