Concept
Heat melts solder to metallurgically join copper and leads.
A little theory
Tip temp ~320–370 °C for 60/40 or SAC305. Heat the joint, not the solder blob in air.
How it works in a project
Tin the tip, heat pad+lead, feed solder, cool without moving.
