Shipping

Standard shipping is ₹79. Free shipping on orders of ₹1500 or more (merchandise subtotal after promo). Delivery typically 5–7 business days across India.

Digital-only orders (courses / licenses): no shipping — instant access after payment

Returns & exchanges

Unopened kits may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened educational kits are exchange-only for manufacturing defects. Contact support with your order id.

Digital purchases

Digital purchases (courses and licenses) are non-refundable once access or a license key has been delivered, except for duplicate charges or proven technical failure within 48 hours. Contact support with your order id.

Payments

Cash on Delivery is not available. Pay securely online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. GST-inclusive totals are shown at checkout.
